All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Since our coffee is freshly roasted to order through our partner, Dripshipper, this ensures you receive the freshest product possible.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping times typically range from:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kongscoffee@kingkongscoffee.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

International Shipping Notes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
