Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are made fresh to order through our partner, Dripshipper, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns on any products.

Each order is roasted and prepared specifically for you, so we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your order is incorrect
  • Your order is lost in transit

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photo proof (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)
  3. Contact your bank
